How does your generosity make an impact?
Dear Friends,
Over these past nine months as Executive Director, I have been acutely aware of my great good fortune.
I have been fortunate to be part of a community that is deeply committed to social justice. A community that stands with The Care Center in our fight against racism, xenophobia, and misogyny. I can see firsthand the transformative impact of our collective efforts.
I have been fortunate to greet our inspiring students each morning. I hold their babies and celebrate their hard-won victories. In spite of the many hurdles, they have arrived – “motivated, dedicated, and ready to be educated,” as one of our Bard college students proudly proclaims! I can imagine no better way to begin my day.
Now, more than ever, it is The Care Center’s great good fortune to have each of you as stalwart supporters and champions. Together, we are moving women forward. And when women move forward, we all move forward.
