I am writing to let you know that I will be stepping down next spring from my role as executive director. It has been a fabulous and satisfying 25 years and I am confident that the next leader will bring The Care Center to new heights.
It has been such an honor to be part of the lives and evolution of so many talented students. Witnessing women move to and through college, regardless of where they start on this journey has been exhilarating. It has been a privilege to work with the amazing and talented Care Center staff and the generosity of the community has been breathtaking and fills me with gratitude.
This is a pivotal moment for The Care Center, and I am calling on you, our community to help cast the net as widely as possible as we search for our next Executive Director. The Care Center is looking for a proven leader, an inclusive, innovative candidate with the skills and experience to lead this dynamic organization. The new Executive Director will bring leadership, vision, collaboration, and creativity to the ongoing growth of the organization.
